SPECIAL MEETING
PENDING PATENT LEGISLATION
S.23 has passed in the senate and next week the House of Representatives will begin work on the draft of the house bill. It looks like “first to file” may replace “first to invent.” How would “first to file” (and other provisions of the pending legislation) change inventing and patenting? Come for an informal discussion with representatives from some of Oregon’s congressmen. (Note: This is not a lecture but an opportunity for discussion.)
